Do you offer customisable social media packages?
We understand that no client is the same. We work with a range of budgets and can tailor a package that works best for you. Get in contact with us either by giving us a call or sending through an enquiry where we can go over your social media budgets, expectations and outcomes.
How does our social media management work?
Once you have enquired with us, we will set up a call/meeting to discuss what goals you are, wishing to achieve for your brand.
The next step is creating a "mock-up" of how we'd envision your page to look (this will require a $250 deposit which can also be used towards your chosen package). This ensures that YOU are happy with the design, and makes sure we're on the right track with your vision.

Once the "mock-up" is approved and a package chosen, we will create a months worth of content as part of a 1 month trial period. This 1-month calendar will need to be paid before posting commences.

The 1 month trial period allows businesses to make sure they are happy to continue with our minimum 3 month retainer.*

*To continue with our 3 month retainer, you will need to sign a contract committing to the 3 months.

Once you're happy we can continue for the following months!

If you wish to cancel our services, you will need to do so in writing before your retainer ends.
